Originally constructed as a stable in the 1820s and latterly used as a cutlery factory the building has been re-imagined for the 21st century and to provide stylish, self-contained office suites. Working closely with the building’s owners, we’ve helped refurbish and fit out these existing spaces, ensuring they meet the needs of prospective tenants.

We’ve undertaken multiple projects on this site, collaborating directly with the owners to transform the spaces into flexible, ready-to-use offices. Each project has been tailored to enhance functionality, create inspiring work environments, and seamlessly blend modern design with the building’s rich heritage.
